I do offer shipping, partial, or full refunds, depending on the situation, which I have roughly outlined below:
Lost package -- I will remake the order, if possible, and ship it to you for half the cost of shipping (I'll cover replacement materials and half the shipping on the remake). If requested, I will simply cancel the order and offer a discount on a future purchase.
Late shipping -- I will offer a partial refund on shipping once the original shipping date has passed, and a full refund on shipping after 5 business days passed the projected date.
Dissatisfied with product -- If you are unhappy with an product I will be happy to exchange it with an alternative item of equal or lesser value, or you can return the item to me, undamaged, for a full refund.
Damage or broken items -- If your jewelry is broken or damaged upon arrival, return it to me and I will replace it with a new piece. If it breaks within 1 year of purchase I will replace it for the cost of shipping.I use USPS First Class Priority Mail. I will offer upgraded shipping, if requested, but you must contact me BEFORE placing your order. I will ship your order in a jewelry bag inside a padded envelope with a card and care instructions. A personal note may be added, but must be requested at checkout.
My processing time for orders is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. I will work on the weekends, but often cannot ship items purchased late Friday until the following Monday morning.
